Player Career
He played as a light forward and attacking defender . He studied at the University of Richmond , in 1986 he was selected by the NBA draft under the 29th number by the Cleveland Cavaliers team [1] . He later played for the New York Knicks , Charlotte Hornets , New Jersey Nets , Milwaukee Bucks , Denver Nuggets , Dallas Mavericks and Panionios . In total, the NBA spent 16 seasons. In 1984, he was recognized as the basketball player of the year among students at the Eastern College Athletic South conference . In total, during his career in the NBA he played 1,159 games in which he scored 12,740 points (an average of 11.0 per game), made 2536 rebounds , 1688 assists , 1064 interceptions and 246 block shots .
