Biography

In the army

Philippe Guglielmi joined the army at the age of 18. After graduating from the school of Saint Mexen il est Est Chef, where the future commanders of the army were trained, he set off as a peacemaker in Lebanon , where he was wounded in a clash in southern Beirut . For this battle, he was awarded the Cross of Military Valor [2] . He also received the Military Medal , a medal from the Lebanese government and the UN medal UNIFIL . To all other awards, he became a holder of the Order of the Legion of Honor [2] and an officer of the National Order of Merit [2] . After participating in military operations in Lebanon, he was promoted to captain and commanded a unit of infantry. Philip Guglielmi retired with the rank of colonel.

Freemasonry

Philippe Guglielmi was the great master of the Greater East of France for two years, from 1997 to 1999. During his tenure as a great master, he stabilized obedience and strengthened WWF influence in secular society, taking clear positions on issues of secularism and protection of personal freedoms. He is the inventor of the Masonic notion of "a dogmatic." He also advocated a greater understanding of the principle of absolute freedom of conscience in liberal obedience . His successor to the post of great master of the WWF was Alain Bauer (2000 - 2003). After the expiration of his tenure as great master Philip Guglielmi continued to work for the benefit of obedience [3] .

In politics

Philip Guglielmi is a member of the Socialist Party . He was elected councilor of the Ramenville Opposition in 2001. After joining the majority, he ranks second on the list submitted by the mayor Corinne Waltz, who became deputy mayor during the February 2007 election results. He became the first secretary of the Federation of Socialists in Saint-Saint-Denis in 2007.

He was elected to the regional council in March 2010.

He was also elected on May 21, 2010 as president of ARTESI in Ильle -de-France .
