The center is the village of Tsepochkino .
History
Tsepochkinsky rural settlement was established on January 1, 2006 according to the Law of the Kirov region dated 07.12.2004 No. 284-ЗО [2] .
On April 28, 2012, in accordance with the Law of the Kirov Region No. 141-ЗО [3], the settlement was included in the Urzhum rural settlement .
