Lebedev rural settlement was established on January 1, 2006 according to the Law of the Kirov Region dated December 7, 2004 No. 284-ЗО [2] .
On April 28, 2012, in accordance with the Law of the Kirov Region No. 141-ЗО [3], the settlement was included in the Buisky rural settlement .
