Career
Boris Karasev is a pupil of the Ivanovo Young Dynamo team. The first coach is I.S. Alabastrov. He played at the position of the extreme striker in the clubs “Tekstilshchik” Ivanovo and “Dynamo” ( Leningrad ). For blue and white he played in class “A” . In it, he spent 40 matches and scored 4 goals. He was the captain of the Leningrad team.
After completing his career, he worked as a children's coach at the youth school “Tekstilshchik”. Among the players with whom Karasev worked as a child, there are famous pupils of Ivanovo football. These are Mikhail Zakharchenko , Artyom Lopatkin , Konstantin Ushakov, Evgeny Gorbunov and Igor Balashov. In Soviet times, the specialist headed the coaching council at the regional football federation.
In 1993, Boris Karasev served as the head of the team of FC Tekstilshchik (Ivanovo).
He died on November 20, 1999 in Ivanovo. He was buried at the Balino cemetery .
His younger half-brother is the football player of the Moscow Spartak , Honored Trainer of the RSFSR Alexander Piskaryov .
