Biography
He studied at the Faculty of History and Philology of the Russian State Humanitarian University , in fifth year he was expelled [2] .
In 2004, he began working for Yandex as the head of a group of assessors. In October 2006, he became the editor of afisha.ru and later the Afisha magazine.
From July 2008 to June 2013, Dyer held the post of chief editor of "Poster". Having left the post on which he was replaced by A. V. Gorbachev , he became the director of Afisha products [3] .
He is currently the publisher of the Latvian Russian-language Internet media Meduza . In December 2018, he announced that he would leave the project on January 1, 2019. As a possible reason, a number of media outlets cited disagreements between Dyer and Meduza CEO Galina Timchenko [4] .

- Wife - E. M. Krongauz [5] [6] (born 1984 [7] ), who was the editor-in-chief of the site of the magazine " Big City " in 2011-2013 [8] [9] . The daughter of a linguist M. A. Krongauz .
