Military cemetery number 221 - Klec ( Polish. Cmentarz wojenny nr 221 - Klecie ) is a military cemetery located in the village of Klec , Dembicka County , Subcarpathian Voivodeship , Poland . The cemetery is part of the group of the Western Galician war graves of the First World War . Soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian Army who died in May 1915 during the First World War are buried in the cemetery. Monument of culture of the Subcarpathian province.

History

The cemetery was founded by the Department of military burials of K. and K. of the military commander's office in Krakow in 1915. The author of the necropolis is a German architect Gustav Rossmann . In the cemetery with an area of ​​50 square meters, there are 2 mass graves in which 31 Austrian soldiers are buried.

The necropolis is located 500 meters west of the Jaslo - Pilzno road near the Gogolovka stream.

On November 28, 1995, the necropolis was entered in the register of cultural monuments of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship.
