Shannon Vreeland ( born Shannon Vreeland ; born November 15, 1991 , St. Louis , Missouri ) is an American swimmer, 2012 Olympic champion in the 4 × 200 meter freestyle relay, and multiple relay world champion. It specializes in freestyle swimming at distances of 100 and 200 meters.
