Museum of flour and water technology ( Polish. Muzeum Młynarstwa i Wodnych Urządzeń ) is a museum located in the village of Járač Obornitsa County Powder of Greater Poland Voivodeship , Poland . The museum is a branch of the National Museum of Agriculture and Food Industry in the village of Shreniava .

History
The museum was founded in 1981 in the building of the historic mill and in the surrounding buildings. The mill worked until 1976.
On December 30, 1993, the mill was included in the register of cultural monuments of Greater Poland Voivodeship.
The museum complex consists of three objects:
- Water mill dating from 1871 and the mechanisms of the 20s of the XX century. The exhibition “Przemysłowa technika młynarska ” (Handicraft Flour Milling Equipment) is displayed at the water mill;
- The restored stables showcase the exhibition “Tradycyjne przetwórstwo zbożowe” (Traditional grinding of grain crops);
- Miller's House - here is the exhibition "Historia społeczno-gospodarcza młynarstwa" (Socio-economic history of the mill).
Museum Activities
The museum regularly holds educational programs related to the history of the mill business and the environment. The museum also deals with the history of fishing.
Near the museum is a rural hydroelectric station, built in 1997.
There is a small hotel at the museum.
