Darbo began her career on the stage, and gained national fame after the role of Rosanna in the 1994 biographical television movie of the same name [1] . Previously, she starred as the sister of the main character in the first season of the sitcom " Step by Step " (1991-1992) [1] .
Although Darbo played more than seventy comedic roles, she is primarily known for her participation in the daily soap opera Days of Our Lives , where she starred from 1998 to 2005. In 2000, she was nominated for an Emmy Day Award for her role in the show [2] . She returned to soap opera in early 2013 [3] .
Over the course of her career, she appeared in a number of films, such as Last Night (1988), Suburbs (1989), Rota Beverly Hills (1989), Dad Dies ... Who Will Get the Inheritance? (1990), Corrina, Corrina ”(1994),“ Home Arrest ”(1996),“ Speed 2: Control of a Cruise ”(1997),“ Ax ”(2006),“ Charlie Wilson 's War ”(2007) and many others.
