Tashkazak Uyezd ( Tashkent-Kazak Uyezd ) is an administrative-territorial unit of the Syrdarya province of the Kyrgyz and Kazak Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republics, which existed in 1924-1928 .

The Tashkazak district with a center in the village of Kok-Terek was formed in November 1924 from two volosts of the Mirzachul district of the Syr Darya region , 9 volosts of the Tashkent district of the same province and 6 volosts of the Jizzakh district of the Samarkand region .

At the end of 1924, the Koktyuba and Fistalitau volosts were united in the Koktyuba-Fistalitau volost. From December 29, 1924 to July 15, 1925 there was a Niyazov volost. Alexander volost was renamed Iskander.
On April 15, 1925, volosts were enlarged: Ata-Kurgan, Kurgantyubinsk, Koktyube-Fistalitau and Char-Darya volosts were annexed to Kyzyl-Kum ; Altynovskaya, Dzhausugumskaya and Uch-Tyubinskaya volosts were united in Baika-Bulovskaya (later - Keleskaya) volost with the center in the village. Ishan Bazar ; part of the Iskander and Koshkurgan volosts united in the Chirchik volost with a center in the village. Hodzhikent ; Slavic volost is annexed to Irjar; Uchtamagliyskaya and Sharapkhanskaya are attached to Dzhetysuyskaya, which at the same time was renamed Sadykovskaya, and later in Karatasskaya. Also at that time Bulatovskaya was annexed to Baika-Bulovskaya volost.
August 10, 1925 the center of the Tashkazak district was moved to the village. Chicherino .
November 26, 1925 was formed Bogarnaya volost.
In January 1926, the Rutzutakov Volost was formed.
September 12, 1926 the center of the Tashkazak district was moved to the tract (later - the village) of Sary-Agach .
In 1927, the Rutzutakov Volost was abolished. On July 19 of that year, the Bozsui volost was formed for a short time.
On January 17, 1928, the Tashkazak district was abolished, and its territory was transferred to the Syr-Darya district .
