Baribaevsky district

Baribaevsky district is a unit of administrative division of the Alma-Ata district of the Kazak Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , which existed in 1928-1930. The center is the village of Baskan.

The Baribaevsky district was formed in 1928 as part of the Alma-Ata district from parts of the Baribaevsky and Kok-Tereksky volosts of the Lepsinsky district of the Dzhetysu province .

In 1930, the Baribaevsky district was abolished, and its territory was divided between the Aksuysky and Lepsinsky districts [1] .
