Komsomolskoe ( Kazakh. Komsomolskoye ) is a village in the Timiryazevsky district of the North Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Komsomol rural district. The KATO code is 596245100 [1] .

Geography
Located near the lakes Sultan and Alpash .
History
It was founded in 1954 as the central estate of the newly created virgin state farm named after Khrushchev. In 1964, the state farm was renamed "Sunrise" [2] .
Population
In 1999, the village population was 886 people (433 men and 453 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 567 people lived in the village (279 men and 288 women) [3] .
