Biography
Born in 1754. In the service since 1766, a caretaker's apprentice in the court stables. In 1770, the rate page; On September 22, 1773, he was granted commissions and to the cavalry guard corps to the cavalry guards, enlisted in the lists of the Velikolutsk infantry regiment, in 1779 he was promoted to captain.
In 1775 he was sent to declare the Kuchuk-Kaynardzhsky peace in Simbirsk province, for which he received the Royal favor; then he was commissioner of the corps. On October 7, 1785, he was removed from military service due to illness to state affairs in the rank of second major. A week later, Isupov entered as a supervisor in the St. Petersburg educational house, in 1790 he was appointed the guardian of the Board of Trustees, with renaming as college assessors.
In 1793 he was promoted to court adviser, in 1800 to college adviser. In 1801, he was appointed president of Nizhny Novgorod in the city hall, in 1803 he was appointed vice-governor of the Mogilev province. In 1805 he was promoted to state adviser, in 1808 he was awarded the Order of St. Anne of the 2nd degree. In 1809, Isupov received the highest favor for excellent activity in the production of cases and proper order in the state chamber and perfect accuracy in keeping the treasury, and in the same year he was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir of the 4th degree.
He was married and had children: Peter, Elizabeth and Mary.
