Pediobius acalyphae

Pediobius acalyphae (lat.) - a species of parasitic riders of the genus Pediobius from the family Eulophidae ( Chalcidoidea ) of the order Hymenoptera insects. Madagascar Pronotum with neck delimited by keel (transverse crest). Shield of the mesoscutum with developed curved parapsidal grooves. Presumably insect parasites. The species was first described in 1958 under the name Pleurotropis acalyphae Risbec, 1958 [1] [2] .
