Criticism
V. Turkin reacted to the film ironically:
“Over the corpses to happiness”, “And she awaits the judgment of the inhuman”, “The Mortal Skulb”, “Son of the country where the kingdom of darkness”, “Roses in the blood”, <...> etc. - all these terrible names will not frighten anyone and will not attract <...> if the drum makes a loud sound, then inside it is completely empty. <...> They remain so little in the memory that you mix them up into one muddled idea of some kind of murder, and you don’t remember what happened next to the killings. <...> We are completely satisfied with the accuracy of the productions, but we are offended that all efforts are directed towards creating screen waste paper in the full sense of the word.
