Origin and education

Tatyana Turanskaya was born on November 20, 1972 in the city of Belgorod-Dniester, Odessa region of the Ukrainian SSR . By origin - ethnic Ukrainian .

In 1995, she graduated with honors from Odessa State University of Economics with a degree in Accounting, Control and Analysis in Industry [4] . Then she moved with her family to Rybnitsa .

Professional Activities

Service in Rybnitsa

From January 1999 to February 2012 she worked in the tax office of the city of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district in the following positions:

  • chief specialist of the department of scheduled inspections
  • Head of Problem Taxpayer Department.

On March 12, 2012, by the decree of the PMR Prime Minister Pyotr Stepanov, she was appointed deputy head of the state administration of the city of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa region on economic issues, and on March 30, 2012 she became first deputy head of the state administration of the city of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa region (on economic issues).

On June 29, 2012, the PMR President Yevgeny Shevchuk entrusted Tatyana Turanskaya with the duties of head of the state administration of the city of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa region , and on August 30, 2012 she was confirmed as head of the state administration of the city of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa region [5] .

Prime Minister

On June 19, 2013, by decree of the President, the PMR was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of the PMR for regional development [6], while retaining her previous position on a part-time basis.

On June 20, 2013, in connection with the departure on vacation, Prime Minister Pyotr Stepanov was appointed acting Chairman of the PMR Government [7] [8] .

On July 10, 2013, with the consent of the Supreme Council of the PMR, by decree of the President of the PMR of July 10, 2013 she was appointed to the post of Chairman of the Government of the PMR . The Supreme Council of the PMR gave almost unanimous consent. Tatyana Turanskaya informed parliamentarians that she intends to take a number of measures to bring the republic’s economy out of crisis, to develop a draft socio-economic policy until 2023, and to develop the agro-industrial complex and the housing sector.

She saw the main goal of her work as "improving the well-being of the people of Transnistria" [9] . When commenting on the appointment of the Turna Head of Government, President Yevgeny Shevchuk said: “I express hope that Tatyana Turanskaya will improve the work of the government” [10] [11] [12] .

On October 13, 2015, she expressed her intention to run for deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR . By order of the President of the PMR, she was granted leave from October 13 to November 30, 2015 (to participate in the election campaign). The execution of the duties of the Prime Minister was entrusted to Maya Parnas [13] .

In connection with the election to the Supreme Council, the PMR resigned as the Prime Minister of the PMR .

Member of the Supreme Council

On November 30, 2015, based on the results of the elections to the Supreme Council of the PMR, she was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR in the constituency No. 22.

She joined the Committee of the Supreme Council of the PMR on agribusiness, transport, construction, natural resources and the environment [14] .

During the period of exercising her deputy powers, she was the chairman of the board of directors (supervisory board) of Pridnestrovsky Sberbank CJSC [15] .

On January 25, 2017, by the decision of the Supreme Council of the PMR, the powers of the deputy Tatyana Turanskaya were terminated on the basis of her written statement [3] .

Return to Odessa

In December 2016, it became known from the Transnistrian press that Tatyana Turanskaya was planning to leave Transnistria , having changed her place of permanent residence. In February 2017, these circumstances were confirmed - Tatyana Turanskaya has been living in Odessa since January 2017, successfully doing business [16] .

Family

Married, brings up two daughters [17] .
