Ural-Volga Region
The championship was held from July 18, 2013 to June 5, 2014.
The championship PFL-2013/2014 in the Ural-Volga region is held in two stages.
At the first stage, the teams play a traditional two-round tournament of 22 rounds (each team holds two matches with each of the other teams - one at home and one away).
At the second stage, the teams are divided into two groups. According to the results of the first stage, the first six clubs will play one round among themselves in group “A”, having played places from 1st to 6th (the winner of the tournament receives a ticket to the FNL for the next season). The remaining six clubs will also play among themselves the same circle in Group B, playing places from 7th to 12th. In this case, points scored by teams in the first stage are saved.

The Russian football championship among the teams of PFL clubs in the Vostok zone is held in two stages using the “twin” construction of matches. The draw of the calendar is carried out before the start of the championship for two stages of the competition at once.
The first stage is carried out on the principle of holding matches “each with each” in its own field and the opponent’s field in two circles. All participants retain points accumulated in the first stage, the number of wins, draws and defeats, goals scored and goals conceded.
At the second stage, teams conduct matches according to the principle of "each with each" in one circle. The final tournament table is formed on the basis of the two stages of the competition.
