Located 33 km south-west of the regional center of Maksatikha , on the highway " Vyshny Volochyok - Bezhetsk - Sonkovo ". 1.5 km to the north is the Volchina River.
The population according to the 2002 census is 275 people, 129 men, 146 women.

History
The list of populated areas of the Tver province of 1859 in the Vyshnevolotsky district along the Bezhetsky tract includes the owner's village Kamenskoye (No. 3474) and the Novye Makovishchi graveyard (No. 3475) [1] .
In 1918, a commune of former farm laborers was created on a manor house in Kamenka, which in 1924 was annexed to Butino state farm. After the war, the village of Kamenka was the central estate of the Kamenka state farm, which in 1970 was joined by the collective farms Garusovo, Stolbikha, Krasnoarmeets, and Russia. The state farm turned into a diversified economy and received a new name: "State Farm named after the 60th anniversary of the USSR." For many years it was an advanced economy not only in the region, but also in the region. In the 1990-2000s, the state farm again became Kamenka, then Volchina, and finally SPK Trud. During these years, the economy was destroyed, people, having no work, left.
