Golichenkov, Alexander Konstantinovich

In 1972 he entered the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, where he graduated with honors in 1977.

In 1977-1980 he studied in full-time postgraduate studies at the faculty named after the department of land and collective farm law. January 10, 1981 he defended his thesis “State Sanitary Inspection for the Protection of the Environment” (supervisor Professor V.V. Petrov). In 1990-1991 he studied at the doctoral program of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University in the Department of Environmental and Land Law. In February 1993, A.K. Golichenkov was awarded the degree of Doctor of Law, and in June 1995 the title of professor.

A.K. Golichenkov has been working at the Faculty of Law since January 15, 1981. He gives lectures on “Land Law”, “Environmental Law” (including as part of the international legal program of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov in Geneva). He teaches special courses “Actual Problems of Natural Resources Law”, “Environmental Management and Control”.

From March 1993 to December 1994, A. K. Golichenkov worked as a professor at the Department of Environmental and Land Law, Faculty of Law, Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. In February 2003, A.K. Golichenkov was elected dean of the law faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. A.K. Golichenkov holds this position to the present (for the past two consecutive terms).
