ISO 3166-2: TT is an International Organization for Standardization standard that defines geocodes. It is a subset of the standard ISO 3166-2 related to Trinidad and Tobago . The standard covers 11 counties and 5 municipalities of Trinidad and Tobago. Each code consists of two parts: the Alpha2 code according to the ISO 3166-1 standard for Trinidad and Tobago - TT and an additional code written through a hyphen. An additional three-letter code is formed in tune with: the name, abbreviation of the name of the county, municipality. The geocodes of the provinces of Trinidad and Tobago are a subset of the top-level domain codes - TT assigned to Trinidad and Tobago in accordance with ISO 3166-1 .
