The area of the village is 0.3 hectares [2] . Trebesovo is located on the right bank of the river Voldomitsa , 4 km east of Vyatka .
History
The village was previously in Nikolsky volost [3] Ves'egonsk district [4] Tver province . In the list of townships of Vesyegonsk district (according to 1859) in the village of Trebesovo, located near the river Voldomitsa, there were 5 households and 33 inhabitants: 13 men, and 20 women [5] . From January 14, 1929, the village of Trebesovo within the Semytinsky Village Council (with its center in Semytino ) of the Mikhailovsky District of the Bezhetsk District [6] of the Central Industrial Region of the RSFSR , which was renamed the Moscow Region on June 3, 1929. By decision of the CEC and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR on July 23, 1930, the Bezhetsk district was abolished, and the district passed into direct subordination to Mosoblispolkom. By decision of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of September 12, 1930, the Semytinsky Village Council was transferred to the Pestovsky District of the Leningrad Region. [7] The village’s population in 1935 was 124 people. [6] By the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 5, 1944, the Pestovsky District was transferred from the Leningrad Region to the newly formed Novgorod Region. By the decision of Pestovsky District Executive Committee No. 26 of January 28, 1955, Trebesovo was transferred from the Semytinsky Village Council to the Guskovsky Village Council [8] with its center in the village of Guski . During the failed all-Union reform of the division into rural and industrial areas and party organizations [9] , in accordance with the decisions of the November (1962) plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU "on the restructuring of the party leadership of the national economy" from December 10, 1962, a large Pestovsky rural area on the territory of the Dregelsky , Pestovsky and Khvoininsky districts, and on February 1, 1963, the administrative Pestovsky district, among others, was abolished. The plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU, which took place on November 16, 1964, restored the former principle of party leadership of the national economy, after which, by Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of January 12, 1965, rural areas were transformed again into administrative areas and by the decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 6 of January 14, 1965, the village Trebesovo again as part of the Semytinsky Village Council of the Pestovsky District [8] . By the decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 439 of August 27, 1965, the village of Trebesovo was transferred back to the Guskovsky Village Council from the Semytinsky Village Council [8] . By the decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 108 of March 9, 1971, the center of the Guskovsky Village Council was moved from the village of Guski to the village of Vyatka, and by the Decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 187 of May 5, 1978, the Guskovsky Village Council was renamed the Vyatsky Village Council. With the adoption of the Russian Law of July 6, 1991 "On Local Self-Government in the RSFSR" and the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1617 of October 9, 1993 "On the Reform of Representative Authorities and Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation", the activity of the Vyatka Village Council was terminated early. Later the Administration of the Vyatka Village Council (Vyatka Rural Administration) was formed. According to the results of the municipal reform , since 2005 the village has been a part of the municipality - the Vyatskoye rural settlement of the Pestovsky municipal district ( local government ), by administrative and territorial structure is subordinated to the administration of the Vyatka rural settlement of the Pestovsky district [10] . In 2012, the Novgorod Regional Duma (Resolution No. 50-5 of the OD of January 25, 2012) decided to notify the Government of the Russian Federation about the abolition of the Pestovsky District, among others, of the Vyatka Village Council [11] .
