Satybaldy, Darkhan Amangeldievich

Born in the village of Abay, Saryagash district, South Kazakhstan region. Raises three daughters and a son.

A graduate of the Akmola Agricultural Institute. S. Seifullina (1996). In 2003, he taught the second higher education at the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. PhD in Economics.
