Dikhan ( kaz. Dikhan , former Kirovo [1] ) is a village in the Baizak district of the Zhambyl region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Myrzatai rural district. It is located about 9 km northwest of the district center, the village of Sarykemer . The KATO code is 313646500 [2] .

In 1999, the village population was 881 people (450 men and 431 women) [1] . According to the 2009 census , 613 people lived in the village (317 men and 296 women) [1] .
