Title
In the scribal book of the Vladimir district of 1637-1648. referred to as Artyomovo Maloe [4] , in later written sources two names were usually used at the same time: Selianin (Artyomovskaya) (1868) [5] , Selianino (Artyomovo) (1887) [6] , Artyomovskoye, Seljanino identity (1906 ) [7] . In the list of populated places in 1862 - Selyanino [8] . On the boundary map of the Ryazan province of 1850 and the Special Map of European Russia of 1871 it is designated as Selyanin [9] [10] .
The name is associated with a non-calendar personal name Selyanin [11] [12] . In the scribe book of the XVII century, among the residents of the neighboring village of Artyomovo , Mikiforka Nikonovβs son Solyaninov is indicated, perhaps his father Salyan (or Solyanin ) was the first settler of the new village [13] . There is also an assumption about the origin of the name of the village from the term villagers - βvillager, peasant farmerβ [14] .
Physical-geographical characteristic
The village is located within the Meshchery lowland belonging to the East European Plain , at an altitude of 117 m above sea level [15] . The terrain is flat. To the south of the village there is the Long Forest tract, in which the Settlement is located, which is a hillock enclosed by a round shaft. 100 m to the northeast of the village is Goreloye bog , and 0.5 km to the southeast is the Round bog [13] . At 0.5 km south of Selyanino the river Pra flows.
By road, the distance to the Moscow Ring Road is about 161 km, to the district center, the city of Shatura , 61 km, to the nearest town of Spas-Klepiki, Ryazan Region , 21 km, to the border with the Ryazan Region, 5 km. The nearest settlement is Artyomovo village, located 500 m west of Selyanino [16] .
The village is located in the zone of temperate continental climate with relatively cold winters and moderately warm and sometimes hot summers. In the vicinity of the village, peaty and peaty-podzolic and soddy-podzolic soils are prevalent, with loams and clays predominating [17] .
In the village, as well as throughout the Moscow Region, Moscow time is valid.
History
From the seventeenth century to the year 1861
Up to the 19th century, the village was called Artyomovo Maloe, Artyomovskaya , and therefore there was a suggestion that the village arose as a result of the relocation of part of the peasants of the village of Artyomovo [13] .
In the second half of the XVII - the first half of the XVIII centuries, the village of Selyanino was part of the Terekhovsky district of the volost Murom village of the Vladimir district of the Zamoskovsky district of the Moscow kingdom . The first known owner of the village was Stepan Mikhailovich Resnitsyn. After his death, in 7131 (1622/23), the estate was inherited by his widow Avdotya Bogdanovskaya and son Vasily. In the scribal book of the Vladimir district of 1637-1648. Selyanino is described as a village on dry land with two yards, the village had arable land of average quality and grasslands: β The village of Artyomovo is small on dry land, and in it is a farmer Matyushka Yakovlev and his brother Grishka, Matyushkaβs son Ivashko and their uncle Ivashko Ilyin, Ivashka's son is Rodk. The yard was a bear Mishka Stepanov and his brother Grishka Sidorov, Mishka has a son Ivashko, and Grishka has a son Rodk. Arable land plowed, middle land twenty-four quarters in the field, and in two by the same; hay near pol and along the river Poshits thirty kopen β [18] .
According to the X revision of 1858, the village belonged to headquarters captain Konstantin Vladimirovich Anisimov [19] .
According to 1859, Selyanino is the owner's village of the 2nd camp of Yegoryevsk uyezd on the right side of the Kasimov highway, along the River Pre [8] .
At the time of the abolition of serfdom the landowner Anisimova was the owner of the village [20] .
1861-1917
After the reform of 1861, one rural society was formed from the peasants of the village, which became part of the Derskova volost [6] .
In 1885, statistical material was collected on the economic situation of villages and communities of Yegoryevsk Uyezd [21] . There was communal land ownership in the village. The land was divided into audit souls . Redistribution of secular land ( arable land and meadows ) took place as needed, so in 1875, instead of the previous 49 souls, the land was divided into 53. There was both wood and timber forest in the community. They cut wood every year, but it was not enough, so many farmers had to buy firewood. The allotment land was in the same boundary and had the shape of a triangle, the base of which was washed by the Yalma River, which formed in this place two lakes - Shatura and Valdeevo . The village itself was in the middle of allotment land. Far lanes were a quarter of a mile from the village. Arable land was divided into 57 plots. The length of the shower strip from 6 to 30 sazhen , and width from 1 to 1.5 arshin . In addition to the allotment of land, the peasants also had a bill of sale land acquired as property in the name of the peasant of the village of Vasily Efimov and divided into 47 folding souls [20] .
The soil was sandy, arable land - hilly. Swampy meadows - along the banks of the river and lake. The runs were comfortable. In the village there was a small pond and 9 wells with good water. His bread was not enough, so they bought it in the village of Spas-Klepiki [20] . Planted rye, oats, buckwheat and potatoes [22] . The peasants had 17 horses, 41 cows, 107 sheep, 27 pigs, as well as 35 fruit trees and 40 blocks of bees. They built wooden huts, covered them with wood and iron, drowned in white [23] .
The village was part of the parish of the village of Frol (Radushkino). The nearest school was at Derskovsky volost board. In the village itself there was one mill. The main local trade was knitting nets for fishing, which involved only women. Almost all men were carpenters, 6 of them worked in Yegoryevsk district, and 30 for the most part in Penza and other cities. In winter, men engaged in fishing [20] .
At the beginning of the 20th century, the nearest post office and the zemstvo hospital were located in the village of Dmitrovsky Pogost [7] .

In 1921, the Spas-Klepikovsky District was transformed into the Spas-Klepikovsky District, which was abolished in 1924. After the abolition of the Spas-Klepikovsky district, the village was transferred to the Ryazan district of the Ryazan province [24] . During the reform of the administrative-territorial division of the USSR in 1929, the village became part of the Dmitrovsky district of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district of the Moscow region [26] . In 1930, the districts were abolished, and the Dmitrovsky district was renamed to Korobovsky [27] .

Children from the village of Artyomovo attended the Dubasov Primary School [29] .
During World War II , 18 villagers were called up for military service. Of these, 5 people were killed, 3 were missing [30] .
