The 9th youth football championship of Ukraine was held from July 12, 2012 to May 25, 2013 . Since this season, it has received a new name - the Youth Championship of Ukraine . For the first time the youth team “Zarya” (Lugansk) became the champion, they took off from the tournament “Goverla” (Uzhgorod) and “Metallurg” (Zaporozhye) .

- Obolon - 3rd place in the standings (15th place in the Premier League 2011/12)
- Alexandria - 16th place in the standings and in the Premier League 2011/12
