Skobelevsky is a village in the Ahal region of Turkmenistan , on the Sakisyab River, 12 km south-west of the city of Geok-Tepe . It is located in the mountains of Kopetdag in a small valley formed by the river Sakisyab.

History
It was founded in 1891 by Russian immigrants from the Kamyshin district of the Saratov province [1] . In 1910, the population was 110 people. After the revolution, renamed the Path of Leninism .
