The area of the village is 7.6 hectares [2] . Vladimirovo is located on the Valdai Upland , at an altitude of 181 m above sea level [3] , 2.5 km west of the northern coast of Lake Luco, 2.5 km northeast of Lake Schegrino, 2.5 km north - west of the village of Anisimovo and 5 km west of the village of Laptevo .
History
In the list of populated areas of the Ustyuzhensk district of the Novgorod province for 1909, the village of Vladimirovo is listed as belonging to Chernyansky volost (2nd camp, 4th land plot). The population of the village of Vladimirovo , which was then on the land of the Anisimovskiy rural society , had 113 inhabitants: men — 61, women — 52, number of residential buildings — 35, there was a bread store in the village [4] . Then, from June 10, 1918 until July 31, 1927, as part of the Ereminsky volost of the Ustyuzhensky district of the Cherepovets province , then as part of the Chernyansky village council of the Orekhovsky district of the Borovichsky district of the Leningrad region [5] [6] . By decision of the CEC and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of July 23, 1930, the Borovichi district was abolished, and the district became directly subordinated to Lenoblispolkom. By a decree of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of September 20, 1931, the Chernyansky Village Council was transferred to the Moshensky District in connection with the abolition of the Orekhovsky District [7] . By a decree of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of February 20, 1937, the Chernyansky Village Council was transferred to the Pestovsky District from the Moshensky District [8] . By the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 5, 1944, the Pestovsky District was transferred from the Leningrad Region to the newly formed Novgorod Region. By the decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 359 dated June 8, 1954, the Chernyansky Village Council was abolished, and Vladimirovo transferred to the Laptev Village Council. With the adoption of the law of July 6, 1991 "On Local Self-Government in the RSFSR", the Administration of the Laptev Village Council (Laptevskaya Village Administration) was formed, then Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1617 of October 9, 1993 "On the Reform of Representative Authorities and Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation »The activities of the Laptev village council were terminated ahead of time, and its powers were transferred to the Administration of the Laptev village council. According to the results of the municipal reform , since 2005 the village has been a part of the municipality - Laptevskoye rural settlement of Pestovsky municipal district ( local government ), subordinate to the administration of the Laptevsky rural settlement of Pestovsky district by administrative-territorial structure [10] . In 2012, the Novgorod Regional Duma (Decree No. 50-5 of the OD of January 25, 2012) decided to notify the Government of the Russian Federation about the abolition of, among others, the Laptev Village Council of the Pestovsky District [11] .
