Concert Description

The show begins with a video clip in which Katie sits in front of a butcher, who mocking her, laughing at the country of dreams and sweets. Then Katie goes to the patisserie, where a charming baker sells her sweets. The next scene is already presented in Katie’s house, where she, together with her cat, writes her memories of the past day in her diary. And then the night falls and Katie goes to the Magic Land. After that, Katie opens the door to the world of California Dreams. The first act of the concert begins, Katie in a costume with spinning marmalades created by Jeremy Scott . Loud exclamations begin and the song “Teenage Dream!” Begins. Katy Perry's show was truly pronounced by the change of costumes and decoration (with the main elements: pink sugar clouds, marmalade bouquets and stairs remaining). During the performance of the song “Thinking of You,” Katie sings a song on a swing hanging in mid-air under the scenes of kisses from the characters of cult American cartoons. In the song “Last Friday Night,” Katie and the dancers perform magic tricks when changing costume. But the most interesting part was the final part in the song “California Gurls!” Katie released the foam from the pipe!

Part of Me Movie

In July 2012, Paromaunt Pictures produced an autobiographical 3D film about the tour and Katy Perry herself about the completion of the California Dreams Tour.
