Biography

Oleg Tsulya was born March 31, 1980 in the city of Causeni, Moldavian SSR. After graduating from the secondary school named after Alexey Mateevich in Causeni in 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and Political Sciences ( 2002 ) and received a master's degree in political science ( 2003 ) from the State University of Moldova , and then a master's degree in political management in Ovid Shinkai Post-University Academy in Bucharest ( 2005 ).

In 1998 Oleg Tsulya joined the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) and was elected chairman of the DPM youth organization “Democratic Youth”. In the parliamentary elections in March 2005, he was elected to parliament on the list of the Democratic Moldova bloc.

On September 25, 2009 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Moldova, in 2011 he again became a deputy of the Parliament [4] .

Oleg Tsulya speaks Moldavian , Russian and English and speaks French at an intermediate level.
