The National Archive of the Republic of Bashkortostan ( Bashk. Bashkortostan Respublika һyny государствен Milli Archives ) is a state government agency at the Archives Office of the Republic of Bashkortostan .

Content

History

On August 11, 1919, the Commission of the Main Archive of the RSFSR decided to create the Ufa branch of the Main Archive of the RSFSR - the Ufa provincial archive.

In 1920, the Archive of the Bashkir ASSR was created in Sterlitamak .

In August 1922, in connection with the formation of the Great Bashkortostan , the Ufa Branch of the Main Archive and the Archive Administration of the BASSR were merged into the Central Archive of the Bashkir ASSR under the Bashkir CEC .

In 1939 it was renamed the Central State Archive of the Bashkir ASSR and was transferred to the subordination of the NKVD of the BASSR.

During the Great Patriotic War, the archives of the Bashkir ASSR housed the evacuated archives of the SNK of the USSR, the People's Commissariat of the Aviation Industry of the USSR, the Commissariat of the USSR, the Commissariat of the RSFSR, the Kirovograd Regional Executive Committee, institutions and enterprises of the Kalinin, Voronezh, Kursk, Orel regions.

In 1961, the archive was taken over by the Council of Ministers of the BASSR.

November 22, 1991 in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Bashkir SSR was transformed into the Central State Historical Archive.

In 2010, according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated October 24, 2007 “On transferring census data of the XVII — XIX centuries to electronic media”, the work on digitizing these unique documents and creating an electronic use fund was completed.

On June 4, 2011, pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated April 19, 2011, the Central State Archive of the Republic of Belarus was transformed into the State State Institution of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Central Historical Archive of the Republic of Bashkortostan (GKU RB CIA RB).

Public Association Funds

Documents on the history of the socio-economic, socio-political and cultural development of Bashkortostan are kept. The history of Bashkortostan is also reflected in the funds of the provincial and district institutions of the Orenburg and Ufa provinces, the Orenburg military governor, mining factories ( Tirlyansky , Beloretsk , Uzyansky , Katav-Ivanovsky , etc.), the Orenburg Mohammedan ecclesiastical assembly , Bashrevkoma , republican and local authorities, enterprises and associations, trade unions and others.

Personal Funds

In 192 personal funds stored 8,046 units of storage.

The Central State Information Institute of the Republic of Belarus keeps personal funds of state and public figures who have played a significant role in the political, social, economic and cultural life of the republic.

Among them are personal materials of N. N. Barsov , A.-Z. Validova. A. , Elgashtina M.N. , Teregulova G.N. , Khakimova K.A. and others.
