Biography
The composer was born in 1865 in Naples . Together with the poet Giovanni Capurro di Capua wrote the song “ 'O sole mio ”, which was subsequently translated into many languages, where it became known under other names.
He also owns another notorious song - “Maria Mari”. The composer died on October 3, 1917 in Naples .
