It is part of the Gorodets rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Gorodets village council.

The distance to the district center of Kichmengsky Gorodok is 1 km by road. The nearest settlements are Kichmengsky Gorodok , Koryakovo , Gorodishche .

According to the 2002 census, the population is 457 people (215 men, 242 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (97%) [2] .
