It is part of the Kichmengsky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 1, 2013 it was part of the Ploskovsky rural settlement ) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Elovinsky Village Council.
The distance to the district center of Kichmengsky Gorodok is 33 km by road. The nearest settlements are Ostapenets , Yelovino , Zharovikha .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 60 people (26 men, 34 women). The entire population is Russian [3] .
