The winners of the republican football championships of the republics that made up the USSR in 1924 - Belarusian SSR , ZSFSR , RSFSR and Ukrainian SSR :
- The winner of the championship of the RSFSR was the team of Leningrad .
- The winner of the championship of the Ukrainian SSR was the team of Kharkov . In the USSR Championship, the Kharkiv national team was represented by players from two clubs - “Storm” and “KFK”.
- The champion was not defined in the championship of the TSFSR, therefore the republic sent a national team made up of players from the teams of Baku, Batumi and Tiflis.
- The representative of the Byelorussian SSR did not appear at the competition.
