Kenes ( kaz. Kenes ) is an abolished village in the Taiynshinsky district of the North Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It was part of the Bolsheizyumovsky rural district. It was liquidated in 2014 [1] . The KATO code is 596037300 [2] .

Located near the Zhaltyr lake.
Population
In 1999, the village population was 147 people (81 men and 66 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 22 people lived in the village (12 men and 10 women) [3] .
