Description
Length 3-9 mm. Antennal grooves well developed; the scapus is expanded apically. Antenna flagellum consists of 20–40 flagellomers. The mandibular palps are 5-segmented, the lower labial palps are composed of 4 segments. The hosts are unknown, presumably (based on morphological features), Khoikhoiinae endoparasitize on Lepidoptera caterpillars developing in wood or in branches. They are characteristic of the Finbosh region, where shrubby vegetation prevails. Morphologically similar to representatives of the subfamily Cardiochilinae [2] .
