Biography
Khaibullin Ildus Barievich was born in with. Northern Nurlaty of Zelenodolsky district of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. By nationality - Tatar . In 1960 he graduated from the radio faculty of the Kazan Aviation Institute . In 1960-1966 he worked as an engineer, senior engineer, head of the laboratory of the radio engineering department in postbox 296 (Kazan). In 1966-1992 he worked at the Kazan Physical-Technical Institute of the Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (head of the laboratory, deputy director for scientific work). In 1973, Ildus Barievich defended his dissertation in Moscow. In 1985, Ildus Barievich defended his doctoral dissertation in the form of a scientific report on laser annealing of ion-doped semiconductors, and in 1991 he was elected a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Since 1992, he was the chief scientific secretary of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan , concurrently - the head of the laboratory of radiation physics at the Kazan Physical-Technical Institute of the Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Ildus Barievich - the founder of a new direction for the Kazan scientific school of physicists - ion implantation, professor. The main scientific works are devoted to solid state physics , semiconductor microelectronics and computer engineering. The basic ones are scientific works in the field of interaction of fast ion beams and powerful pulses of electromagnetic radiation with matter (semiconductors, dielectrics and metals). He died in 2007.
