Biography
Saidusman Kasymkhodzhayev was born 2 (in the new style - 15 ) May 1915 in the village of Kavardan (now - Tashkent province of Uzbekistan ). Received primary education, after which he worked on the collective farm . In 1938, Kasymkhodzhayev was called up for service in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army. From August 1941 - on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War. By September 1943, Sergeant Saidusman Kasymkhodjaev was an assistant platoon commander of the 229th rifle regiment of the 8th rifle division of the 13th Army of the Central Front . He distinguished himself during the forcing of the Desna , Pripyat and Dnieper [1] .
On September 11, 1943, Kasymkhodzhaev, along with his platoon, was one of the first to cross the Desna near the Obolon village of the Korop district of the Chernihiv region of the Ukrainian SSR and, breaking into the German trench, personally destroyed about 20 German soldiers and officers. On September 25, at the approaches to Pripyat Kasymkhodjaev, at the head of a group of fighters, he made his way to the German rear and attacked the garrison of the village of Koshevka in the Chernobyl district of the Kiev region . Due to the surprise of the attack, the enemy retreated [1] .
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 16, 1943, Sergeant Saidusman Kasymkhodjaev was awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal number 3327 for "courage and bravery shown in battles".
After the end of the war, Kasymkhodjaev, in the rank of senior sergeant, was demobilized. He lived in the village of Akaul Yukorychirchik fog, worked as deputy chairman of the village council of the village Yangibazar [1] .
He was also awarded the Order of the Patriotic War , 1st degree and a number of medals [1] .
