The Lamb ( Eng. The Lamb , 1915 ) is a 1915 Christie Kebann feature film. The film premiered in the USA on September 23, 1915 . The film was re-released on September 2, 1917 . The screenplay was written by David Wark Griffith under the pseudonym Granville Warwick [1] based on the play “Henrietta” by Bronson Howard. Film debut of Douglas Fairbanks. The film entered the first program of the movie film company "Triangle" and enjoyed tremendous success [1] . The film is preserved in the George Eastman House film archive.

Story
Douglas, a shy and spoiled parents young man, quarrels with his bride because he did not have the courage to save some girl who pretended to be drowning to get into his arms. A shy youth follows the bride to Arizona, learning boxing and becoming a real athlete. He leaves the train in a small deserted shelter, lags behind him and tries to catch up with the car. But he is being attacked by bandits. He is involved in the Mexican revolution. His rebels take his bride into captivity. He thanks to his athletic skill saves her [1] .
