Karlutskaya embankment - embankment in the Pervomaisky district of the city of Izhevsk [3] . It is located in the Central residential area of the city, with the exception of house No. 1A, which refers to the Southern residential area. It runs along the right bank of the Karlutka River from Sovetskaya Street to the passage of Ordzhonikidze .

Description
Karlutskaya embankment has existed since 1940 [4] . The name comes from the Karlutka River, along the coast of which the street passes.
The embankment is located between the Karlutka River and Ordzhonikidze Street [3] . It starts from the end of Sovetskaya Street, in fact being its continuation to the south. Crosses Lenin Street and then passes through Izhevsk Sotsgorod , where it ends.
Ordzhonikidze and Prasovsky Lane adjoin the even side.
The embankment is built up on both sides, however, only the houses along its odd side have the address “Karlutskaya Embankment”, that is, exactly those located between the carriageway of the embankment and the ravine along which Karlutka flows.
