Creation History
The metropolis was formed by the decision of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on May 29, 2013. [1] . The ruling bishop of the Petrozavodsk and Karelian diocese was appointed the head of the metropolis.
Composition of the Metropolitanate
The metropolis includes two dioceses:
- Petrozavodsk and Karelian Diocese
- Kostomuksha and Kem diocese

- Manuil (Pavlov) (May 29, 2013 - March 7, 2015)
- Konstantin (Goryanov) (since May 5, 2015) [2]
