Arrhopalites pukouensis (lat.) Is a species of wingless collembolas from the family Arrhopalitidae . Asia : Eastern China , Jiangsu Province ( Nanjing County, Pukou District, Longwangshan). Small spherical arthropods (length 1.3 mm). The body is unpigmented. No eyes. Ventral dental formula: 3-2-1-1-1-1. The fourth antennal segment is not subsegmented. The name of the species A. pukouensis comes from the place of its first discovery (Pukou) [1] [2] [3] .
