Geography
The village is located on the left bank of the Ural River , near one of its old lake , northwest of the district center, the village of Belyaevka at a distance of 17 km.
Street Network
The village consists of seven streets: Komsomolskaya, Lugovaya, Ozernaya, Tupikovaya, Tupikovy lane, Central, School.
History
Khersonovka was founded in 1933 , as a result of the relocation of peasants from the village of Kherson Yaik village council of Burtinsky district.
From 1933 to 1952 The village was part of the Yaik village council with an administrative center in the village of Kzyl-Zhar.
From 1952 to 1957 - As part of the Dnieper Village Council. Since 1957 - as part of the Kryuchkovsky village council.
