Absolute , also absolute - a mixture of substances extracted from lipstick or concrete . Most often, the absolute is extracted using a solvent - alcohol . Unlike essential oils (they are obtained by distillation) they have an exceptionally strong aroma.
Absolutes are usually colored highly concentrated liquids that are more viscous than essential oils.
