Phonology
In the central pomp, there are distinguished velar / k /, / kʰ /, / kʼ / and uvular / q /, / qʰ /, / qʼ / consonants. It lacks non-ejected alveolar affricates (that is, it does not have a phoneme / ts /), and does not have the longitude of vowels, in the form of sprouting of root consonants found in southern pomo.
