The village is located to the west of the federal highway P104 on the Rybinsk - Poshekhonye section , at a distance of about 500 m from the eastern bank of the Rybinsk reservoir , north of the mouth of the Volya River. To the south-east of Pakhonino, right on the highway is the village of Lyaga , and to the south on the right bank of the Will - Kostino . 1.5 km north of Pakhonino is the village of Grigorovo [2] .
As of January 1, 2007, there were 6 permanent residents in the village [3] . A post office located in Milyushino serves 54 houses in the village [4] .
