Tolen ( Kazakh. Tөlen ) is a village in the Karatobinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Sulikolsky rural district. The KATO code is 275049400 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 400 people (183 men and 217 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 346 people (161 men and 185 women) lived in the village [2] .
