Museum of the Opolian Village ( Polish. Muzeum Wsi Opolskiej ) is an open-air museum located in the Berkovitsa district of Opole , Poland . The museum is located at 174, Vrotslavskaya Street. Registered in the State Register of Museums .

History
The museum was founded in 1961. In 1965, work began on the construction of a permanent exhibition, and since 1970 the territory of the museum has been opened to visitors.
Exposure
The main part of the museum exhibits reconstructed rural dwellings of the period XIX - early XX century. The museum houses houses of villagers, sheds, barns, mills, forges, church, school and tavern. In addition to the buildings, the museum displays household items, religious life, animal husbandry, agricultural and handicraft production. The total number of exhibits has about seven thousand items.
In spring and autumn, the folklore events “Żniwniok Opolski” and “Jarmark wielkanocny” are organized on the territory of the museum. In winter, visiting a museum is limited only to visiting its territory without access to the premises.
