Konysbay ( Kazakh. Konysbay ) is a village in the Kaztalovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Karaobinsky rural district. It is located about 53 km northwest of the village of Kaztalovka . The KATO code is 274851300 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 177 people (89 men and 88 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 109 people (54 men and 55 women) lived in the village [2] .
